I won the jackpot this morning and my prizes did not show up. How do I get them.

Okay I will wait, but I think it stinks that so many people that play Candy Crush and win or buy items get ripped off. I am on level 2749 and after ll these years have only hit the jackpot 2 times, once before and now today and I can't even get my items.0

@FrankieMizelle_ I understand your point of view. I play it for 4 years and I never hit the jackpot but I really don't mind. Note that this is a game, it has its glitches and it can't be perfect.
