Ah well yet another feature from King that requires the completion of new levels just to take part. Why King? Why?
@christinewupp have you got this feature. If not I guess this is yet another example of a pretend 'race' against friends.

I did get the offer to help you pass that level as well @T0rr1e and I wonder if you received the goodies I sent? Maybe though you had already passed the level by the time my help arrived? It seems unfair though if that is the case, because it was a tough one to beat and of course I had to use some boosters to pass it.

There is a strange thing yesterday. I received requests for help from 3 friends, but when I enter for help, it disappears. It is supposed to take me to the level I am stuck on When I go back to see help, I find nothing 🤔🤔

@PummyRaj Sorry for confusing you. This is how it works I think:
We click on a friend who is stuck on a level to help them. This is not in my events section, but appears only in my list of friends:
So Anna is stuck on level 15442. To help her I need to pass the level she is stuck on. This is the screen I get when I click on the "help" next to her name.
As you can see it does not cost me any lives. Now if I press "play" level 15442 comes up for me and I need to pass it to help Anna. But this does not mean that Anna actually gets to skip or pass this level.
If I press on the "i" then this comes up:
So we think that what Anna will get is those boosters pictured above, presumably onto her starting board in the same way that they appear when we are on the top win streak. These may help her pass the level.
The reason I said in my posts that I had to use my own boosters to help my friend was because those levels are all really hard to pass without boosters! I don't think I could help Anna unless I played some boosters myself. I hope that makes it clearer for you. It is rather a nice gesture.

Hello @Amoonmoon, when I opened my game today I got the message saying that my friend Amoon had sent me some help in the form of the boosters, when I started the board it had 2 freckles and 2 striped candies, the reason that they did not help is because with this particular level until you get the keys the striped and freckles only explode in the top part of the board, and the keys do not appear until after 4 moves, by then not many more moves left to do what I need to do. But again, I do thank you for your help, I did not request it I'm not sure how that part works it must be something King decides if they notice a person on a level for a while, happy crushing in your game.😀
Yes that is essentially what I am doing by not playing new levels after I have selected the accept button @christinewupp
I have found that if I press on "accept" and then don't bother playing for the next half hour then my friend will always win, so that's quite nice.
I haven't got the feature yet @Amoonmoon but I agree with you in that it looks like King could improve both the feature and the information about the feature.
People think they are helping a friend complete a level, but all they are doing is playing a hard level of their own in order to send boosters to help a friend stuck on a level. It wouldn't surprise to find that the levels being completed by the person helping are levels that they have used boosters/extra moves on in the past.

I like the feature. I hope it stays and becomes more common. I also hope that the king will work on developing it in terms of boosters or at least help in passing the level instead of the stuck friend.

I am like you with the Friends Challenge in that I don't play a lot of new levels, so the friend will most likely always win.
Hello @Amoonmoon I think the boosters awarded to the person you help are shown in the features guide.
My thought was to help a friend, not just send reinforcements but rather Rather, by passing the level instead of the stuck friend
But this does not seem to be the case. It seems that it is just reinforcements that are not that valuable

Aha @T0rr1e ! Thank you for clarifying how this event works. So I have to spend UFOs to pass an impossibly difficult level for a friend, and instead of actually passing the level all they get is a few boosters to help them in the next level? Did those boosters appear on your starting board?
It's got a feel-good factor to be sure, and I am glad to hear that the event is apparently real at both ends, but for King that is a win-win situation: Player 1 spends boosters to pass a difficult level and player 2 probably will spend gold or another booster if they get close, because they don't want to waste that gift.
But I do still kind of like it for my own game, since I have more boosters than need and I'm bored with my game at level . If the boosters aren't enough, it would be nice if King could let us send 10 gold to really help a friends pass a level! By the way I just logged into my game and after having helped two friends yesterday, I don't get anything today. There seems to be a limit on how good a samaritan one player is allowed to be. Or maybe the event has already disappeared.

This is a new feature and I know that boosters are not good for passing a level like 4924 But I hope that the king will develop it for the better by making the reinforcements more valuable, such as gold bars or lollipops of all kinds.
