I am not receiving lives from my friends and they are not receiving any from me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and cleared my cache. Any suggestions?

Hi Cheryl @Rlcctc1953 how are you. Just checking that you have been receiving the lives I have been sending you, approx 5 a day. Also I got you as a Help a Friend and on the 3rd try whoopee. Would be nice to know if it actually helped. I know you still need to play it but hopefully you get decent boosters to try 🤞

if you go and accept your lives you can’t hit exit immediately. You have to wait for the counter of heart breaks on the side to go all the way to 0. If you don’t the lives don’t go. You accept them all at once but it sends the lives individually and slowly. Seems like a bad idea but that seems to be what’s happening.

Hi Cheryl @Rlcctc1953 I have CCS installed on more than one device but only send lives from one. I noticed late last night that the life you had sent me was on another device so they are coming through. Do you and your friend have more than one device the game is installed on, if so might be an idea to see if the lives you've been sending to each other are on that.

It's good that you're receiving the ones I send. Please let me know if you stop getting them from me. Try sending me one every day just to test it and I'll let you know if/when I get it. Only as a test though as I already receive enough for what I need so not a problem for me.
Dont know why mine arent going through. I saw on one of the discussions that someone else was having the same problem. Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
I didn't receive a life from you, just the request for a life. I have sent you another so hopefully you have got that as well. At least you are receiving the ones I send, which is good. I normally send my lives in the morning, so will send you some more tomorrow, which hopefully you will still receive.

This just started happening 2 or 3 days ago. I only have 1 friend who sends me lives and she said she had sent some, which I never received and she never received the ones I sent her! Thanks for the info.
First of all, welcome to the Community. My one suggestion would be @Rlcctc1953 if you ever have a problem, never uninstall your game. You will lose any boosters you have managed to get for free and they won't be given back to you. I am sure I don't receive all the lives those in my friend list send me but unfortunately I don't know the answer. Has it just happened? It could be there is a problem at present and being the weekend nothing will be done about it. See if it changes on Monday and you start receiving lives. If you don't, post back and we'll see if anyone else has an answer.
