I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Whenever this kind of issue happens or miss a reward from an event, please make sure to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint.
** If you are using a computer - Facebook browser, please use this link to send your complaint —>
** If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10, you can send your complaint directly from your game⬇️- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
- Go down to "Events" and click on it;
- Select "Candy Royale" and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us"
- Fill the form and send your complaint.
