What can I do. I already updated my app a few times. I still havent received my gifts after passing many levels and accumulated many points to get gifts that are not being sent over. Please fix!

Hi @LoveLife and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. Can you please tell me do you play on phone or on PC? First, you can try to clear cache and then check if you have more than 2GB of memory. It's required to have this much memory space for game to function normally.

I have updated my app too. I still havent received my gifts after passing many levels and have to scroll over several levels to play my current level.
