Hi I helped one of my friends pass a level last night and she says she is still on that level. What's going on.
The Help a Friend feature helps your friend by giving them some boosters, it does not mean that you actually pass the level for them or that they move on to the next level. I think what your friend gets is some special candies like a colour bomb, striped and wrapped on the starting board next time she opens the level she is stuck on. Click on the i icon it will tell you how Help a Friend works next time you see in your game.
