Ah well yet another feature from King that requires the completion of new levels just to take part. Why King? Why?

I asked her why she doesn't send lives and she said she didn't know how, which is a load of beeswax. She was over here once and I showed her how to do things when she logged onto my computer and she goes, oh ok but still doesn't sent any. She wants to keep a head of me.
there has been an issue with people not recieving lives even though they send them. I very rarely get live requests and only on occaision recieve lives. I wouldnt let it get to you, just try to enjoy the game. I havent had that friend challenge lately so mabe it'it's over.
I don't mind this game where you play against a friend to try and win the prize. What I baulk at more is one of my friends challenges me and this person never sends lives to me yet sometimes I send a life to her. I have to be nice as it is my sisterinlaw :-/ So when she challenges me I kind of don't go through with it as she is always on and this is someone that had a gliche on her game a year ago and got an UFO on every game she played. She had this for just about a year so of course she went way past me.
Yes I know the friend. It doesn't bother me that they are so far ahead as they do play via 4 different ways for the game. I am only on my desktop computer and can only play so many games. I am liking the new feature where someone wants to add me as a friend (thankfully it is just for candy crush). The ones that I have had giving me lives when needed have been very good and I in turn always send them lives when I ask for one. There have been 2 occasions though that someone wanted me to be their friend and I send lives to them but they totally ignore my requests so they get the boot. They are all way above me in levels so I guessed I am being used by them to get more lives. The ones I have at the moment, are good to have as they do help me out with lives. You're welcome, @Alienscar! I get used to collecting so many candies for these types of challenges, to make progressing through the new levels even easier!

Has it been paused @QueenB I've still got it for 3 players, so I tried it for 1 just to see if it still works and it does for me.
@QueenB @PummyRaj I started the Friends Challenge discussion and @TPS23 started the Help A Friend discussion.
As Christine has pointed out TPS23's discussion mistakenly got merged into mine.

You seem to misunderstand how this forum works Queen373. No one here that is replying to you works for King or has any kind of official status. Everyone here is just an ordinary member of the public.
Thank you so much for starting this thread and yes, I have not shared any info about this feature as it is still in testing face and very small % of players have had the chance to test it.
It has been paused for now, and as soon as I get more details and when it's out for testing, I will share more details 🙂
How do I keep track of the players I helped? Save screenshots? Or players names, which are all duplicated? You guys should keep track based on the help provided

I don’t really know how the game picked our friends for this feature. It seems at this point, players can’t request help via this feature but people have discussed and proposed that in this community in different threads. When you pass your friends’ levels, they will receive some pre-game boosters to help them with their levels. However, there’s no guarantee they will pass their levels.
The event came and went in my game. And I’m not sure if the friends I was able to help really managed to pass their levels.
Yes, I've helped friends pass levels, how do I ask for help I'm stuck for a month on my level.
I too helped a friend pass a difficult level & although I wasn't expecting anything, it does seem logical that the helper should be rewarded, but in Candy Crush land logic is, apparently, illogical. 🤣

They don't request anything, @Queen373 . King decide who you should help. They pick a player on a tricky level who is stuck, but the player has no idea you are getting the request. King decide which players you may help. King decide and control every aspect of Candy Crush.
