Hi I've been unable to coo ect to the app store si ce the recent update. I'm also unable to receive or send any friends requests or receive any daily treats or enter any events as they are not showing. I also am unable to log in to king. I've cleared the app cache and restarted the phone still the same any help?

Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your app store account. If don't work please mail player support area bottom of the page contact us mention your game I'd and problem details. Thank you, Have a good day
Hi I can't log into my account it won't allow me too. Also the app has been updated to the latest version
PlPlayer support is yseless. I had the same issues - uninstalled the game and now can't reinstall it.
Can't get the latest update, let alone, get to the app store. Don't even know where to update Candy Crush.. Getting ready to unistall the app for good.. It's just not fun anymore.. BTW my game is totally gone.. Progress, friend list etc. Please respond..

Please check your device software update, you have to clear data app store, login your store score and try to free device storage atleast 2 gb..
Hi I've reloaded the app as it still wouldn't work. Now it will connect to the shop but now I've lost my friends and also I still have no events. What is going on?I have now reloaded the app. I have now lost all my friends AGAIN. It's also took me to a different level to where I was.
I'm using a Samsung s23 ultra. I've cleared the cache and reloaded the app.
I have not been able to connect to app store. I have tried everything suggested. I have another king game and have no problems with that one.
