I also cannot connect to the upgrades or shop from my kindle fire. I checked to make sure I had the latest update and I restarted by device but I cannot purchase anything. When it gives me the choice for extra moves it just spins and I know from this happening before that it takes a day get fixed.
I am using a HP Pavillion Laptop, which I have been using since I joined Facebook to play Candy Crush. I can still play on my Galaxy Android phone & My Kindle Fire (which has my level, but no friend list,nor can I get to the app store) Evidently the problem is on your end since so many others are having the same problem.. Please FIX !! ty
The version on my phone was buggy so i logged out, not it won’t log in and it’s like a new account on level 1! When i try to log in it says to connect to the internet! Of course i’m connected, i’m writing this comment on the phone.
BTW, everything is working fine on my ipad.
I tried following the fix guidelines fromthe message i received when i wrote in and that hasn’t helped.
Maybe finally time to stop playing this addictive game!
This is the error I see when i select “log in with Facebook”.
I don't even get that window, where it tells me to connect to anything.. I'm on 5700+ on my phone and Kindle Fire, but the game, AGAIN, started me from the beginning.. I got it back for awhile, when I complained, but now lost it again.. I'm getting tired of all the problems Candy Crush is having. OH and I can't get to the app store at all.. No friend list either.. I DO hope they are losing lots of money, since that's what motivates most of these games.. FIX THIS
