I have just retrieved my account and I dont have access to ads and boosters

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? Let me check the level and get back to you.
Did you reinstall your game? That would be the reason for not having any boosters!
As for the Ads - it is one of the special feature that's moved from players to players after certain period of time. That can be why you are not seeing Ads! But, you said you "just retrieved your account"! So, please play few levels and and see if the Ads come back!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
