Keep getting cut off and doesn't save progress, so what's going on?

For the last week I keep getting kicked off the game and it doesn't save my progress. I have cleaned cache, cookies and temp files. I've been passing boards and earning gold and helps, buy the next time I sign in , I'm right back to the previous boards yet my gold and helps are gone. I can't get ahead anymore.

Can you please tell me which device you are using? If you are playing on mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, can you check for the App version you have right now?

I am using windows 10 on a pc through the facebook app.

I guess this is happening on the king games on facebook. but no one has got back to me.
