I have never had a connection issue in all the years of playing Candy Crush but suddenly tonight when trying to open the game on a second device I lost all connection to the server on all my devices, just like you did. I think this is not us, it's them. As it's weekend now, I'm not sure if there is anyone around at King to fix it…..
Same! I was going to buy a gift card but I can't access my account.
Yep. None of us can. 2 ipads and 3 androids. Same problem. King is ridiculous.
Guys, all King games are broken and malfunction. @kiara_wael All games of King are broken and malfunction because I can’t login on this Candy Crush Saga and the other King games. He said: it's an error. It’s a problem for all devices. (IPhone 14, laptops and tablet)
I am unable to log into my account. It says connection issue.
Thanks for this information. It is reassuring to know there is nothing wrong with our devices and games. I guess it's time to find something else to play or do this weekend.
I’m having the same issue on iPad and phone. Says I’m offline. Rebooted everything and tried again still no success. Anyone heard if there’s a fix yet?
