Since how long have you been experiencing this connection issue? If it is just today/yesterday, there was a glitch in the game, that affected many Candy Players!! That could be the reason for the connection issue in your game too!
With regards to your second complaint — money was removed from your account —> Did it happen yesterday/today OR does it happen often?
