After reading the comments here I believe the names on our accounts have reverted to old accounts which is causing this issue. @Alienscar this morning when I checked my friends tab the Sneaky Duck name came up again so I did not send a life and I closed the tab. When I went back your actual name and avatar were there and I decided to send a life. I cannot remember if I requested one but I am getting close to 200 saved lives..

Question: Another thought, if a person has a different name in the Kingdom than their Candy Crush player name and the accounts are not linked could this also be part of the issue as well?

@Colleen12 Interesting I started playing this game when it 1st came out on Facebook. My name was Lillie the name on my Facebook profile my real name. I started playing on the windows 10 app in about 2020 and had the option to change my name with King so I changed it to cookiemae. My Facebook name changed also to cookiemae. My Facebook friends still have their original names in my friends list on Windows and Facebook. I think the showing of my original name must be linked somehow to Facebook.

This Picture is from 2020 where my name is correct. Alex and Terry names are still the same on my windows app and Facebook but my name now is cookiemae on both so I'm thinking it's an issue withthe connection with Facebook that have been going back and forth with the name.
