My account not them. Than I get my statrment and their was a lot of charges that I did not reciece because you 'oops" or a million other reasons. Last night you accepted payment and ,my handicapped grandson was happy. Than this morning the app was not there. .he is upset and so am I. I have a listing of how many times i was accepted and refused. We have played candy crush for years and I havee spent thousands of dollars. IF YOU GO THROUGH your records from 5 years ago you will find that account. MY GRANDSON WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND HAS A LARGE SETTLEMENT WHICH WHICH I DONOT MIND HIS SPENDING IT. CANDY CRUSH MAKES HIM HAPPY AND SEEMS TO HELP HIS BRAIN COGNITION. PLEASE ADVISE.
