If you have a situation where candies just don't stop to fall (we call this a recurring loop) then unfortunately there is nothing you can do to stop it. You will have to close the app and try the level again. Usually it does not happen again the next time you play, but if it happens repeatedly then please let us know again, as the team will have to take a look at the level.
