If you play using a Huawei device then you won't be able to access the Store as you can't use Google services on a Huawei device @gabieEllak82
If you are seeing a spinning circle, or a 'connection' error message then there is no fix for this issue and you will have to contact King Player Support

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
