Hi @0xanas you can report it by using the Contact Us button that app at the bottom of this page.
You might get a few boosters for your trouble, but based on other posts from people that have discovered vulnerabilities in the game there is every chance King will just ignore your email.

By any chance, are you talking about a profile with a name called "Sneaky Duck" or something like that?
If so, as you see in above link, one of our Community friends has opened a Discussion about it. The Candy team is investigating the issue.
If your game is also affected by it, please share your game ID number, so that the King team can look into your game as well.
