I just started here, also play royal match, and homescapes.

@rebelchild sent you back a message I have added a few that are in this game by tapping on their faces in the map only two have requested lives, and I send them, but not sure how to find out if they sent any to me??@rebelchild I haven't seen the friendship button, cause I have five people now in the friends request box, but I will check by clicking on the friends to see if it pops up. I've been sending request through the faces of the map, and through the request box?? I've just not been able to get any extra lives?? So I'll go back and try it out. I've been trying to click on the envelope but nothing. I'll get back to you though. Thanks so much for your help.

Hi @hopedizzle first I want to show you how to tag others. When you type in a person's name this should show up

Then you tap on the players name you want to tag. Sometimes you have to tap and hold their name. Then their name will turn green. That's how you know that you tagged them. If their name doesn't turn green then they won't know you messaged for them

Now let me call one of our residents tech experts to help you with the envelope issue. @Alienscar can you help figure out why the envelope to add friends and collect lives isn't working?
