I have been in contact multiple times about not receiving rewards for winning the tournament. I was told wait and wait. Now I'm being told still to wait and wait. I feel like I'm just being blown off like its no big deal. I did not receive the 3 colors bombs, 48 hours unlimited lives, or the $50 gift card. Is anyone else having this issue?

Are you still waiting for it? Did you check your email — not just the Inbox, but also the Spam folder, Promotions folder, etc.,
Some players found their prize email in the Spam folder! Hence, making sure if you have checked there!!
In your opening comment, you said "you were told to wait for 48 hours"! Can you please tell me who told you to wait?
