All my saved progress lost

I created a candy crush account in order to save my progress, deleted, reinstalled app and all was good.

Was approximately on level 5240’s, had a ton of boosters quite a few of which in the mid to high hundreds.

Logged back in just now and although I still have my 3811 Gold Bars my game has reset to level 11 and all boosters disappeared.

NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST !!

My owl badge/photo even says 5000 on it 🤔

This isn’t on. How do I regain my progress and boosters etc??

done the same again since and itput me on level 36 played it let it run its course and it’s now on level 37.

When I log back in it’s also not showing me my name that people will see online as king1094 whereas this also disappeared for a period.

Whats going on with my game, how do we get my progress back???

played level 11 won it let it run its course didn’t do anything so I logged out and logged back in and now it’s put me on level 21, still no boosters back and still showing me how to add friends 🤔

Thank you for posting a screenshot of your game map. Can you please replay level # 11 and win it! Do not click on Skip but, let the game run it's course and wait till Tiffi comes up with scoreboard.

Then, come back to the map screen and see if the Stars are back on all the levels?

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
