missing gold bars

I have plenty of doubts since I had a message the day the contest ended that I was 1st place winner and I'd be receiving the reward in my email, but there's no point in pursuing it any further. I've uninstalled Candy Crush from facebook and reinstalled it from Microsoft so I can start over from the beginning and actually be able to play games that I can win. I do appreciate your checking it out for me.

Hi Queen B - I'm wondering if you have been able to check with the team who handled the gift cards - I haven't heard from anyone about this yet.

I followed your instructions which connected me with the game I had been playing on facebook a few years ago. I quit that one at level 4450. I downloaded the one I've been playing from the Microsoft store and the level I was playing at was somewhere between 2100-2300. I had intentionally not saved my progress because I didn't want to be linked to the old game & I didn't want the same game on the computer & my phone. Here's my ID # just in case there's a way to retrieve the win - 12505663425. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, this ID has no progress saved to it as it shows the game is at level 1 and there is no email address associated to it.

Can you make sure the game app is connect to either your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync?

Once that has been done, please confirm your ID again and we'll check with the team who handled the Gift Cards if they help us out 😊

I always use my email address atEdited by CM:⛔️ That’s too much personal information - Check our House Rules. I've been playing Candy Crush for a long time so I'm not sure, but as far as I can remember I've never received email from King.

I tried to see if Apple had hidden your emails but I don't actually have an Apple email account

I use Windows 11 on my computer. As far as I can tell, I log in thru King, but I really don't know how to tell for sure
