I need friends and buddies, just lost my last account on level 15,670, all my friends, and 200 lives, and 12 years worth if playing, all gone.

And for future reference, I'd avoid Facebook play if I were you. Numerous issues have been reported about it lately, and I don't think King is bothering addressing those as all their attention seems to be toward side events.

Yikes! Glad I never bothered playing via Facebook.
But if I understood right, this sounds like a Facebook sync issue, not that your progress has been wiped completely. Are you able to access your game on the Windows app with your King account?
I logged out of my account, went to reconnect and it kept coming up with a failure to connect, tried logging in with email, but it said email not recognised, even though it’s the same email on my king account.

This doesn't make sense to me. How can someone's progress get lost? Even if a device is reset, yes stored lives are erased, but level progress and friends remain. They're linked to whatever email account you save your progress to.
If you need friends, I recommend posting your invite link.
