How I recover my lives and boosters acumulated

I have install another time the candy and I lost my lives and boosters acumulated...how can I recover these????

Hello again @lorenasf80,

I am very sorry to say that, we will loose all the boosters & accumulated lives when we change our mobile device OR reinstall the game App. The King Team will not be able to reimburse them unless they are bought!!

Hi @Pummy_Raj, I hope that you don't mind me jumping in to help this player too. I think I have an idea of what might be happening.

@lorenasf80 are you playing the game on a mobile device? I f so, please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

Please let me know if it's not the above and give more details of what happened to your game?
