Please restore my game levels to #1831

for some reason I lost my candy crush levels on my iPad and then my iPhone. Please restore my game levels on my iPad and my iPhone to 1831.

Sorry to hear that you lost your game levels on your iPad and iPhone. If you have used a Facebook or a King account to back up your game progress, then they should still be backed up. Let’s try to get your progress back:

Make sure you are logged into the game with the account you were using to save your progress.
- Open Candy Crush Saga.
- Go to the settings menu (gear icon).
- Tap on the "My Profile" button and log in with your King account or Facebook.
If your progress is still missing, please contact our Player Support team for further assistance. Here’s how:
- Open the game app and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
- Tap on the "?" and select the topic related to lost progress.
- Select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page and provide details about the issue, including your previous level (1831) and any relevant account information.

Our support team will be able to look into your account and help restore your levels.
