I don’t understand there’s no boosters to even help pass levels. My friend has these boosters when she’s out of lives she can watch ads and videos and gets more lives and watches ads and videos to get extra boosters to beat the level and I’ve never had that before ever not even when I started candy crush so how is it she got it and I never did? And on top she gets the daily machine treat and the wheel like come on do you pick and choose who gets what? This game is becoming not as fun lately.

I am afraid it may be too late because usually any player loses the chance to get ads to watch for free boosters the moment they spend any money and for most the ads then never come back. This will explain why you don't get them and your friend does.

I agree that if you spend money, then it is like a "dead end"!
I corrected this following this method: I did not played any game for more than 6 months! I coyld do it and I did it!
Now, when I find a hard level, I do not play for 1, 2 days and then the game is more friendly to me!
There are some other features I do not agree with, but this is not the place to discuss about!

but I’ve never had that feature with ads ever before even before I began paying money it doesn’t make sense to me

I also play for years before, but I never had ads to any game. I have now only in Soda for th last month.
My wife who plays Jelly, has the ads feature for many years and never lost it!

I agree with you, it plays well for so long and then gets a glitch. The support people then say you have to delete abc reinstall the game but then you loose all your bonus help sweets that you have saved up. Their comment being but you shouldn’t save them you should use them…I do use them but only when I need too grrrr

So this explains why, after 20 years of not spending money, I pay once and now no ads or booster? No cinema or treasure hunt anymore. I’m done ☹️

Yes @angelicarleto King does pick and choose who gets what. Each and every feature of the game is considered temporary and rolled out to random groups of players. Sometimes the groups include a lot of players and sometimes they only have a few players.
Even features that have been around for a long time like the Weekly Contest are considered to be temporary and can be removed or moved to anther group of players at any time.
A good example of this is that I still have the Daily Treat Machine in my Windows game, but not my Android game.
