I am sorry you are stuck on this @michele96 and sadly there is no advice I can give you about it. Some of these levels are just so full of blockers they need the use of a party popper to pass. I absolutely abhor those skulls because if you can't get to them in your first few moves you can't clear the board, hence your win streak and starting boosters are completely wasted on levels like this one. I am sorry @PummyRaj but I can not longer help players in the 15,000+ range. I can't test the levels out any more because my supply of free boosters has been removed and I am almost out of gold myself now. There is no way I can think of to get through these levels once you have run out of gold.
