I would guess that you can always claim a refund @saowalak_2809 but in situations like yours where you have used a third party banking app to make your purchase I am not entirely sure what your best approach would be.
You can try King Player Support using the Help function of your game to see if they will help. Alternatively have you tried using the refund policy of PromptPay to obtain a refund, if they have one?
I didn't pay through Google play store, I paid through PromptPay QR code. Can I request a refund or not?
