I keep losing upgrades and they send me way back from full to halfway saying that I need to check in daily. I have!! Why are they constantly losing my place??!! It isn't fair to lose my upgrades when I obviously played the day before!!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
