Hello for many days now i don't get any advertising anymore and this is going to annoy me very much. Why does it take so long to fix this because it's impossible now to finish a level. I thought 1 hour ago that is was working again but pity for me it didn't. So please give me (us) back the "old Candy" so much more fun and easier to finish a level !

We've noticed some concerns about video ads disappearing or not being available in the game. We want to clarify that the video ad feature, like all ads and promotional features, is currently in a testing phase within the game.
This means that while some players may receive Lives, others might get Boosters or other items from this feature.
However, due to the testing nature of this feature, video ads may not always be available to all players or on all devices. If you find that the ads are currently missing in your game, please don't worry.
Stay tuned and keep a close eye on the game to know when the ads will be back.

Ads is a feature that is not available to all players, not available to all their games and not available for ever!
Me and my wife are playing for a lot of years!
My wife has ads only for Jelly and not to other games, but for many years!
I had never ads and I play a lot!
One month ago, ads came for me in Soda, not for other games, and I don't know for how long!
Some questions anyway:
- What is your current level?
- Did you have ads only in Candy Crush Saga?
- Did you make any purchases lately?
- There is a discussion about this 👉️HERE👈️

Your current level is 11167, congratulations! I just catched level 2000 today, but I play other games as well! So I play little here, little there!
I asked if you purchased lately, because there is a theory that when someone purchases, then looses the ads. However this theory is not confirmed!
I agree that games are to have a nice time and enjoy!

Dear Nikolaos, first of all thanks for your well written reply and nice to hear i am welcome to the Community. My current level is 11167 and i did play once Candy crush soda and probably got ads but i haven't been there for a long time. No i did not buy anything for this game and also will never do. For me it's a fun game and not a commercial game. I will check the discussion and wait for better days. By the way what is your current level ? Just curious 😃 Wishing you good luck playing the different levels !
