I’ve been playing this for a few years and I keep getting charged every time it says connection failed I try again and it works but get charged twice

1. Open iTunes and view your account.
2. Check purchase history and report a problem.
For Android (Google Play):
1. Open Google Play and view order history.
2. Find the purchase and report a problem.

If you're having trouble, contact our Player Support Team:

Open the game app and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
Tap on the "?" and select the topic of the issue.
Select "Contact Us" and provide details about the issue, including a screenshot if possible.
