The Ad videos are still in testing mode in some of the King Saga games!
I am thinking that the feature might have been removed from your game to send to other group of players, because from time to time, all the testing features will be moved from one group to other groups of players!
But, no need to be upset! If you have received the Ads once, you will receive them again! All you need to do is - make sure to update your game App regularly, keep at least 2 GB free space on your device and stay active in the game.
If you are stuck on a hard level, do not waste your boosters & lives. But, keep playing old levels to earn boosters for Chocolate Box, etc., features. Once the Ads are back, you can try new levels again😉
But, please do not reinstall your game or reset your phone. It will not help you at all and you will lose all your saved boosters and lives received from your friends.

When you said "reload the App" — did you mean to reinstall?
By following either of the steps — reset the phone or reloading the App, you will lose all your saved boosters! Please do not do that and/or suggest anybody to do that either🙏
