Not playing video for booster lives
Hi, I posted this question a couple of days ago and got a reply. I have done exactly what it said and it has made no difference.
I also note today, 1 February 2019, that all my saved lives have disappeared and my saved boosters. I note that you have kindly re-installed them for someone in an earlier post yesterday. Can you please do the same or advise me what I need to do.

I am very sorry to hear that you lost all of your boosters and saved lives. Sometimes, it does happen either with updating and / or reinstalling the game app. It will not be possible for the King Team to reimburse them unless those are paid with real money but not by spending the Gold Bars or the ones that we won as Daily Boosters or in an event.
