Can’t get into App Store

Help! I can’t get into the App Store to use my gold bars for extra lives. It just keeps buffering! Eventually, out of complete frustration, I exit the level. This has been going on since last Thursday, July 11. I was able to sign in to the App Store outside of a level

and even bought extra gold bars to see if that would clear it up, but it still will not connect to allow extra lives when playing a level. I tried all of the suggested fixes, but nothing has worked! I can see that others have had this issue, but when will this problem be fixed?!?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue from about a week!

Like you said, other players are also experiencing this issue and it is being investigated by the King Studio team. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to send a fix. Please keep an eye on our main thread where we are compiling all the complaints about this issue through this link —> Error connecting to the Store

Please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue.

Make sure that your internet connection good? Try data off on, it sometimes work, it happens to me due to low internet connection
