Sorry but I also can't help as I have the dragon version.
I suspect from the screenshot that it would be best for this board to not play any starting boosters on this level and then make the first (and possibly only), move the game suggests @Nikkimarqz . This level looks awfully blocked up so I would expect this to only be passable if the game lets you pass by dropping the right candies to create combos of special candies. So watch out for that. Use any opportunity to create special candies and combos of those. If at any time you can't see a good move then I would carry out the move the game suggests as this may open up an opportunity for you. Good luck!
It would be great if you could let us know when you do get such a lucky board and if you were able to pass this without boosters.
