Hi Elsa,

Please refer to subject "Level 3479". I am not sure how the new layout is set up to work. I sent you a message on 1-29-19 under the old thread because I did not want to start a new one and am wondering if you received it. How are you? I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving, great Christmas and good New Year. It has been a while since we last communicated. I have not played any of the King games that are still showing my avatar as a blank face. However, I did uninstall and reinstall Farm Heroes Super Saga game on my Android phone because it was the only one that had no gold bars or power-ups. Is it possible to move the 330 gold bars from Candy Crush Soda Saga game to the "newly installed" Farm Heroes Super Saga game on my Android phone? I have boosters for Farm Heroes Super Saga game on the Samsung tablet which I am thinking of deleting soon. Can an exception be made in just this case to have that transferred too? They are 17 watering cans and 1 basket. This is all I am requesting at this time and will find out the number of gold bars I have left for the rest of the games that may end up being uninstalled also. Any help you can render in this regard would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I live on the East Coast. I just found out that Cez might not be in the office, so I am going to tag @QueenMia to see if she can offer you some help. They are in Spain so it's evening now. Hopefully, tomorrow she will be able to respond to you.

I saw one post last year where a Moderator actually helped a player who had to uninstall and reinstall a game because of internet connectivity issue get back to the level he was on and reinstate his boosters.

I just played one hard level on Candy Crush Saga starting with all 3 boosters and also used a hand switch to pass it and it moved me to the next level. I have no mood to play any of the games because it seems I am the only one in the King universe. There are no contests or treasure chests. I cannot see other players and it is no longer enjoyable. There is nothing to gain for passing levels. I hope you can empathize with me given the situation I am in. I am so dejected. Are you in the East Coast, Midwest or West Coast? Thank you.

Very good point! I didn't realize that it was changed to a whole day but the way I type so fast and create spelling errors it would work well for me.

It has been 4 months since this started and I can definitely wait a little bit for a response. I am hoping for the best resolution. I cannot thank you enough for your help and will get back to you later today. One other thing it used to give you an hour window to do editing but now it is a whole day. What is the point if you click reply and the other person is already receiving your post in a few minutes? How do you edit after you have replied and the person you are sending it to is already reading the original comment?

I just found out that Cez is out of the office this week so someone else will be checking her messages. That means you might have to wait longer for a response because this person is handling messages for a few games.

Thank you. I am not sure what I am going to do with those games and gold bars. They are taking up storage space and I have not played them since October.

Why don't you just go into the game, ignore your profile and whatever and use the gold bars up! It's going to advance your progress.

It is not any fun when you do not have any competitions. Even my ranking is gone for Candy Crush Saga game.

But if she can't do anything about the gold bars, are you just going to let them sit in Soda? Use them up! Don't worry about the boosters because if you have plenty of gold bars then purchase the boosters and get your progress up there!
