Facebook connectivity issue

I bought a new device and I am trying to connect my Facebook account so I can continue with the progress. When I click on "Continue with Facebook" it shows me "you previously connected with this profile, continue" when i click continue, it goes back to initial page and shows "wrong email and password combination". I tried deinstalling the app and Facebook does not restart it still shows the same profile and continues to show the error. I tried disconnecting Facebook completely but I don't want to lose anything on my other device. Any advices?

Why do I have to reconnect my game to Facebook EVERY time I go to play? Even after a 10 minute gap I have to reconnect!!! Annoying
