I had to complete this form for my own issue today and it got resolved pretty quick so hopefully you will get your problem resolved as quick. You will get an email from them.

I downloaded candy crush friends saga, it was able to connect my Facebook and my King account successfuly.I believe the problem is from my candy crush saga. It is not connecting to internet anymore. Should I uninstall it and download another one? I'm afraid I will loose my levels. I'm on level 3206.My user ID is 9706759481email is siryoris@gmail.comI have both Wi-Fi and Cellular data. Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
