Got it, Pillow6 is back under a different name, sending the same unhelpful videos as in 2022. I remember all the comments he got then, none being complimentary. @QueenB he may think he's being helpful but players will stop coming back if he's allowed to carry on in this way. I don't comment a lot but I do check in often to see what is being said. Someone needs to talk to Johan_DelaCena, I see a few have tried but he carries on. I'm just offering another bit of free advice.

I find that generally legendary levels require either boosters to pass or you will need to wait until the game offers you enough extra moves to pay 10 gold to play on. If you have enough patience there will be a lucky board that will allow you to create combos of special candies to pass eventually. But you will need a lot of patience and be alert to spot such a lucky board in which the game is trying to help you to pass.
Looking at this level in my game I think the general strategy is meant to be to create vertical striped candies, which will also drop from the dispenser and then detonate them above each dragon when the conveyor belt has moved to a position where there is no liquorice blocking the way. For example in this screenshot below, making the match with the green striped candy on the right will release the dragon furthest to the right beneath it. Then on the next move the conveyor belt moves so the path will be clear to free another dragon underneath the other green striped candy.
I am short of moves here but I think this is the general idea how this level is meant to be passed. The game may well leave you one dragon short. If you have a lollipop hammer then hit the cage to release it. Legendary levels often leave you one lollipop short on purpose.
