Locked out

I'm having issues logging in with either of my facebook or king account.

When I try to login with my facebook account I will received "you don't have access to the kingdom now"

When I try my king account I will received "unknown error"

Everything have been working well up until two days ago.

I need to synce my progress. I'm in level 3160.

I last synced when I was at 2998 on Saturday 26 Feb 2019 Into these two accounts.

I had to complete this form for my own issue today and it got resolved pretty quick so hopefully you will get your problem resolved as quick. You will get an email from them.

As predicted, I was taking back to 3086. I'm waiting to be migrated to my actual level of 3206 please @Cezdiamond. Thanks in advance

We can get your progress back. That is no problem so please don't worry about that. @Cezdiamond can manually go into your account and get you up to level 3206. You already posted your user ID #. So don't worry about losing your progress because you won't lose it at all.

@elsa the reason I'm more concerned is, I'm currently on level 3206 while I last synced at level 3086.

So from level 3087 until my current level is not synced.

When I try to play the game on PC via facebook the level there is 3086.

I am going to tag @Cezdiamond who is the Community Manager for this game. I have run out of ideas so hopefully she can help you further with this. Please be patient waiting for her because she is backed up with paperwork.

The first picture is how far my king account can connect, while the second is despite connected won't show my friends list nor my level nor rank.

Snce you tried everything, troubleshooting, latest version then the only thing left to do would be to uninstall and reinstall. If you do not get your progress back then please follow the directions above. Let me know if uninstalling made the difference.

You don't have to worry about your levels because I gave you the information above to restore it. I'm concerned that if you uninstall the game from a mobile app you are going to lose whatever boosters you have and also your lives. Are you willing to risk that?

To clear my curiosity. I downloaded candy crush friends saga, it was able to connect my Facebook and my King account successfuly.

I believe the problem is from my candy crush saga. It is not connecting to internet anymore.

Should I uninstall it and download another one? I'm afraid I will loose my levels. I'm on level 3206.

Hi @Yobanna_Yoris if you uninstall the game on a mobile device you are going to lose all your boosters and lives. If you have gold bars then you will still have those. Is it still a matter of not being able to log in with Facebook or the Kingdom?

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
