I had to complete this form for my own issue today and it got resolved pretty quick so hopefully you will get your problem resolved as quick. You will get an email from them.

I downloaded candy crush friends saga, it was able to connect my Facebook and my King account successfuly.I believe the problem is from my candy crush saga. It is not connecting to internet anymore. Should I uninstall it and download another one? I'm afraid I will loose my levels. I'm on level 3206.My user ID is 9706759481email is siryoris@gmail.comI have both Wi-Fi and Cellular data. I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
