I am now totally fed up with this laziness and incompetence. My Candy Necklace is gone again.
Why is absolutely nothing being done about this ?
I, and other players are entitled to be able to use boosters we have earned.
@PummyRaj as I have stated previously this is straight out fraud and theft !!
Perhaps they do work on things @Peter_Tornaros, my Chocolate Box never seems to disappear anymore? I no longer have to try to get it back up. However, not that thrilled with the 5-day Chocolate Box.
Common occurrence. I have given up reporting it to @QueenB and @PummyRaj as nothing is ever done about it.
I realized when I just started playing today that I had lost my Candy Necklace for no apparent reason. It was just gone on I believe Level 17724. I passed the levels on my 1st try?

UFOs you get from watching ads do not count towards Chocolate Box tasks. Only those UFOs that you use from your inventory or timed UFOs from events such as Daily Treat Machine or Daily Win chest count

I truly understand your frustration, and I'm sorry to hear that the issue with your Candy Necklace has happened again. Please know that your concerns have not been ignored. I've communicated this issue to the Design Studio multiple times, and while they are aware of it, they haven't been able to replicate the problem on their end, which is why the fix is taking longer than expected.
I assure you that this is a priority, and I’m pushing for a solution. In the meantime, I'll arrange for another round of compensation to be added to your game as a small token of our apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced.

You assured me you were going to speak to the Design Studio about this. Either you haven't or they are just totally ignoring you and CCS players.
As I have stated previously, this is straight out fraud/theft as the boosters I have earned with the Candy Necklace are my property.
If the designers persist in fiddling with the game at the start of each week, a supervisor should be ensuring this is done competently.
This is not the way to treat valued players/customers.

The loss of this feature for no apparent reason is nothing short of theft. Has it been reported ?? and if so why hasn't the problem been fixed ??
I have given up on the Chocolate Box as obviously there is not a Designer competent enough to fix the problem.

I have started this practice with the Gold Box, presently I have the 4 day 30 gold bars at end version. If I am on the last task for the Gold Box on Sunday (like last night) I complete it before I go to bed. Monday seems to be a day of change. Things have long messed up on Monday mornings. I do not mess with the Daily Treat Machine first thing on Monday either. For that matter on Wednesday I wait till the new levels come out before I do the Daily Treat Machine or mess with anything. Mondays and Wednesdays… Watch out! Tuesdays, later on in my day I check for any updates for CCS and Windows if I do not see any I check again Wednesday morning.
Time zones make timing different for us. I complete my Gold Box final stage if I am on it before 9:00pm EDT (at present) on Sunday. Before bed time! I now do this with any version that I have. As for your Chocolate Box that often just reverts for no reason @Peter_Tornaros, looks like you still have the 3 day 20 gold bars at the end Gold Box. That one seems to be the one that messes up the worst at least it did when I had it. I just ignored it and played on. That version seems to mess up and revert back to the Classic Box a lot! Seems to be the worst version.
The screenshots are really helpful @Peter_Tornaros as at least they seem to show that your issue isn't just a case of your timer running out on the gold chocolate box.

I would guess they are just ignoring you Peter. I don't think I have seen any other posts on this problem, so it is highly unlikely that the Team will investigate an issue that only affects a minority of games.
I intend to keep posting this glitch until something is done @QueenB @PummyRaj
Just got to the Gold Chocolate Box and the below happened again. My entire day's play has so far been wasted.
@Alienscar I am starting to strongly suspect that the design studio is devoid of anyone with the expertise to fix this problem !!!

It happened again this morning. The below screenshots were taken less than a minute apart, before I could even attempt to get the UFOs !!
This is the main problem @Alienscar. I don't even get the chance to complete the Gold Chocolate Box.
