How do you request help to complete a level?
You can't ask. The game decides when to ask your friends for help. The only way you will know that help was requested is if one of your friends beats the level after clicking the help button in the friends list. If they are successful, you will get a pop-up showing which friend helped and giving you a few boosters the next time you try the level. You will still need to beat the level on your own.

There is no way to request help to complete a level. The game chooses players for the "Help a friend" feature and we can do nothing to ask for help ourselves.
I know how to help friends, but don't know how to ask THEM to help ME

The players will see "Help" button next to a friend in "Friends" tab when they open their avatar frame. After clicking "Help" button, they will have total of 5 attempts to play the level that friend is stuck in. and If you have feature Help Friends in the game , Your Friends List can Help you

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
