Another couple of tips @Trickyvicki68 If you want to reply to someone's post click on the 'Reply' at the bottom of the post then type your reply and post. You can also tag someone by putting a @ first then typing their Community name you will then see them come up in green like your is above, you then click on that. If you don't do either of those and just add a new box to comment in, the person won't know you have replied unless they check through all the posts again. By replying or tagging, the person is notified via email that you have sent a message. Most of us do both, we click on the Reply and tag to make sure they get notified. So if you are going to attach your screenshot you'd be best to go back to Christine's post and click on the 'Reply' then in that new box put your comment and attach your screenshot. If you already knew that, sorry, but if you didn't I hope what I've put is a help 😊

Hi @Trickyvicki68 what I should have told you in my other post, is that tagging can sometimes be temperamental (that's my polite word for it). Sometimes the name you are entering doesn't turn green, so you need to back space deleting it all and try again. Took me 3 times to get you in green above. If it isn't in green, it doesn't alert the person that you have tagged. I only saw what you had posted because I was going through all the posts. They are supposed to be looking into it to get it working properly. But never mind, now you know about it, you will know what to do 🤗
