I have “helped” other players win when they are stuck but they don’t advance up the ladder. Whats the point?
I should mention that I am on level 15364 and the levels have become impossible to pass. I have played for over a decade. I’m ready to quit!! What a waste of time!
Hello @isel. I don't think there is a point at all. This feature is a waste of everyone's effort. You can't ask for help. Helping others gives you no reward and as you state, quite often they either don't even want help as they may have given up playing or they still can't pass the level because all they get is some boosters, but the level still requires them to buy extra moves, so you wasted your efforts. The sooner this feature disappears the better. It is only confusing everybody.
and the player who won the level for them get nothing? Whats the incentive?
Also, I have passed their level for them and then I see them again in “help” at the same level I passed for them.

The players will see "Help" button next to a friend in "Friends" tab when they open their avatar frame. After clicking "Help" button, they will have total of 5 attempts to play the level that friend is stuck in. and If you have feature Help Friends in the game , Your Friends List can Help you

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
