Candy crush saga is not letting me spin daily wheel and tells me to connect to claim rewards ...

My game has not allowed me to spin daily wheel or when wanting to claim rewards its telling me to connect to claim rewards, this has been going on for several weeks and driving me nuts. Also I received a new iPad for Xmas and I tried to load this game onto it but it started me back to game number one 😱 I really want to play this on my new iPad but I'm not starting again
