Candy crush saga is not letting me spin daily wheel and tells me to connect to claim rewards ...

Question

My game has not allowed me to spin daily wheel or when wanting to claim rewards its telling me to connect to claim rewards, this has been going on for several weeks and driving me nuts. Also I received a new iPad for Xmas and I tried to load this game onto it but it started me back to game number one 😱 I really want to play this on my new iPad but I'm not starting again

Anyway, to answer your question about connecting to claim your rewards, this either is probably due to a glitch in the game, or could be due to your internet connection timing out. Make sure that your connection is strong before attempting to claim your rewards.
