Are you seeing a pop-up that says "Ads aren't available" or getting a Grey screen when trying to open/watch an Ad in the Treasure Hunt?
Do you have the latest version of the App installed and have at least 2 GB free space in your device memory? For all the features work flawlessly, there should be enough free space in the device.
If all looks okay, then, it is just the feature! And, you are not alone with this issue as many of us are in the same boat!! Sometimes, I will be able to watch 1 Ad, and then I have to wait for 3 days for another Ad come up!!
Please do not reinstall your game App as that is not going to improve the feature!!

Please check your latest version of your game and device software update . Try following steps logout device and switch off atleast 2 mins , switch on, login..it sometimes work
