please PLEASE someone help. I haven’t been able to play since the 14th, my screen keeps saying wrong email and password combination. I’ve done literally everything support has suggested and I still can’t login to my game. I’m on iOS playing through Facebook but I have fb and king joined together and I still can’t login. Everytime I contact support, they give the same suggestions and never respond again. I’ve been playing daily for YEARS
Hello Sarah🤗 I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue!
When we send a complaint to the King Player Support team, they will send an automated email - which contains some troubleshooting steps. It is for simple complaints like a graphic glitch in the level, etc., but not for the issues like in your game!
Once you receive that automated email, you will have to send a reply immediately and explain the issue and include any screenshots you have (like the one you posted above). Then, an agent will be responding to you. The usual time is 72 hours. But, you do not have to wait for 3 days. Please send a reminder email on the 2nd day and remind them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
Since they look after all 12 King Saga games, they might be busy! But, please do not give up and do not lose hopes! They are the only resource that can help and resolve this issue for you 🍫🍫
