How can i change my saved game progress from facebook to my king account (registered by my email)?

Firefox Browser, Candy as an game inside facebook:
There is no option to logout, no option to get the app version, no option to get my User ID
To get your ID number on your Firefox browser, try this⬇️- Open the Browser and log into Facebook;
- Click on Candy Crush Saga and wait for it to load;
- Where you click on "Play" (the Home screen with Tiffi and Candy Crush Saga emblem), scroll down a little;
- Just below to Tiffi, you will see some tabs - FAQ, Fan page, Privacy Policy, etc., the far left (to you) tab is "Find my ID". Click on it and your ID number will be revealed (it will be very tiny & in the same color as the background is).

Yes, it did! In my first post, I have mentioned that I have synced my game long time ago, right? That's how I did that! But, that facility is not available anymore because King.com does not exist for these features!
Anyway, our Community In-charge told me that it will be best if you can contact the King Player Support team and seek their assistance to sync your game.
NOTE: You will have to choose either your cell phone or the Windows 10 App version. Like I said before, it is not possible to log in with King account on Browser versions.
Reach out to support while using the account they want the game to be backed up to (since you want to save your progress with King account, use those credentials).
Here are the steps to follow⬇️
- Open the game and click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Tap on the "?" icon in Settings window;
- Go down to "My Game Progress" and click on it;
- Select the 2nd topic — "I can't find my progress in the game - how to retrieve my levels" and click on it;
- Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us."
- Provide the details of their request.
Once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email, which is an acknowledgement. You do not have to pay attention to that, but send a reply to that automated email itself and provide all the details you can about the issue you have been experiencing.An agent should be getting in touch with you soon. If nobody contacts you within 24 hours, please send another reply and remind them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
