3 moves??? Guess my Candy Crush Journey is over. Giving only 3 moves for this level is confirmation that if you don’t pay, you don’t advance.

Level starting with only 3 moves is a glitch, but not an intentional change by the game team! In the Community itself, we have complaints about 3 levels — 10,697, 10,737 and 10,828!
The glitch is reported! But, since this is weekend, we might have to wait till tomorrow for the levels to be fixed!
give them some money and they will fix it. It’s an installed glitch to raise sales, you don’t pay, you don’t move on.
I also got 3 lives impossible to get off this round.

I notice that the number 3 is in a lighter coloured circle for all the faulty levels. Out of interest what happens after you have played the three moves? Do you get the same screen you normally get after a failed level?
I’m stuck on this level as I only get 3 moves… is this going to be corrected?
I just posted reporting the same issue, with a screen capture, it is the exact same board you posted, only with 3 moves instead of 23

Don't pay!!! It's a glitch of course and has now been reported.
I honestly don't think this can be deliberate @fmdavies064 ! You'd have to be complete fool to buy extra lives to pass a level that starts off with only 3 moves. Surely anyone with any sense will have the patience to wait until this gets fixed. For goodness sake, folks, now this error has been reported please all use your common sense and stop playing for a few days. Are you really THAT addicted that you can't enjoy life without Candy Crush?

it is the same, 3 lives is impossible. Candy crush new hard sales ploy, don’t pay you don’t play.

Hello @dennyabbo Welcome to the community! I have scrolled back to this level and I get 23 moves. Please could you check if your level looks anything like mine and if possible post a screenshot of your starting board. It seems very strange if you only get 3 moves! Which device do you play?
I have just read another post about the same glitch on the same level. Could you just confirm that apart from the moves the level looks the same as mine? Or is the starting board different? Which device do you play?

I have exactly the same issue with this level
same issue here tried phone and laptop i get one go with 23 lives then it goes to 3 lives so just wasting lives hoping it fixes itself some one needs to address the problem and sort it
seems alot of people having same problems as me on level 10697 on candy crush 23 moves then only 3 moves wasting lives on a level impossible to finish with 3 moves needs addressing and free lives given to those affected

Unfortunately though I replied here and spotted that there is an issue I cannot do anything myself to fix this for you, as I am just a player of the game like you. Let me try and tag the moderators and community manager about this here, but this is unlikely to get fixed until the new week, as everyone at King takes the weekends off. @PummyRaj @QueenB
In the meantime you might want to contact Player Support via the app. They might give you some gifts to help you pass, but that also is unlikely to happen until Monday. If you go via Settings in the App, then the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom, that is the best way to contact them.
This level needs to be reported, @PummyRaj . There is a subgroup of players who only get 3 moves!!! (I get 23)
3 lives here also. Absolute joke. It is purposely done. I haven’t bought extra lives for a while, it is Candy crush way to force you into buying lives, but if that is their underhand way of making money, they can bug off. Game is becoming an absolute scam, and extremely tedious.

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel.
