Gold bars lost with Candy crush bad connections

I have played Candy Crush for many years because I enjoy it. There have been two circumstances where I was kicked out of the money race, one for 1500 gold bars and the other for 700 gold bars this morning. I was trying to purchase gold bars to carry on and I was thrown out of Candy Crush and lost my place in the race, no fault of my own. Will someone either put me back in the race or reimburse these lost gold bars.

Which device are you using? Were you thrown out of the race after you purchased the Gold Bars or while purchasing?

I encountered similar problems where I passed 8 level and should receive 42 gold bars under Candy Royale. However, I did not receive any rewards. I am very disappointed about that😤😡
